Default CAI

Hi, Question on CAI. We have -40 deg winter here in Alaska. Do I still need to upgrade my cold air intake like the AFE, K&N etc.. even that cold? or my stock air intake is good enough because of the weather? Sorry I'm really new with this. Thanks all

That and the catch can are the two most important mods you can get for the Ecoboost F-150.

If you dont have a CAI already you really dont need one, factory one is plenty.

The lower the temperature, the denser the air. Your stock intake is scooping in more air than normal in the cold weather. It's already "upgraded" just by driving in the cold.
