Exclamation Cab Separates from Frame

Sorry if this is an old repost but WOW! Rear impact caused the cab to completely separate from the frame!
Sent to me by a friend... still waiting to find out if he has any further details about when/where/how.

That'll buff right out and that's supposed to be on fire.

Yeah saw this is another thread. Truck was stolen and hit like 4 or 5 vehicles in a high speed chase or something like that. I imagine the truck was already pretty damaged prior to the cab off wreck.

Looking at it the frame is pretty tore up. The spare tire or one of the wheels is where the rear seat should be but someone might have just tossed it on what was left of the frame.

yup, stolen, used in a murder then involved in a high speed chase leading to the wreck.

It happened in Memphis. They shot and killed the President of the Memphis Chamber of Commerce as he was walking downtown. They had been riding around looking for someone to rob. Witnesses saw a white pickup. The chase happened the next day when Police spotted the vehicle and they ran. Apparently they were hitting the top speed limiter if they got up to 100 mph like the stories that I read say.

Testament to the crash protection though if the cab remained intact like that.

The punishment for fleeing at speed from police needs to be dialed up dramatically.

These fools know if they act crazy enough a supervisor will call off the chase.

No different than walking down the street and randomly spraying machine gun fire....innocents die.
