Default Cab lights

Anybody runs cab lights on F150? I guess their practicality is minimal of half ton trucks, but wondering if they are aesthetically pleasing to those who run them.

I had a set of the Recon smoked Ram style lights on my silver 06 F150. It was lifted 6" on 35's and thought it looked pretty damn good. Took a bit to install, had to remove the headliner to get things done right but in the end it was great for my taste.

have not seen or heard of anyone running them on the newer trucks.

Somewhere in all these threads, a guy did install cab lights on his 2015 if I remember right. You may find it using the search function. I liked them, but don't want to make a mistake when I am installing them.

They look good, but I wouldn't drill holes in my roof to get that look.

I also had that concern, but the Recon lights I used had a thin gasket for each light. I also added a thin film of RTV. Each mounting screw also had an o-ring, so I didn't have any water leak issues is the 5 years I owned the truck with them (I did change the o-rings every couple of years as they would start to crack)

I also added a rubber grommet in each of the center holes for the wiring, just a small measure of OCD I guess.

I guess there is no installer in the world that will provide this level of attention to details like you did.
