Your Bumper will adjust also, but FWIW I told my dealership that I purchased it from the bed was not aligned with the cab and they said they get a lot of that and just to bring it buy and they will correct it. So when I went by on Saturday for my free oil change they also corrected the bed to cab AND in doing so they realigned the bumper to the bed, took them about 45 min. I did not measure anything (and I am not going to since it is only looks that are concerning, if is looks straight then it is. It is amazing though that Ford cannot get a handle on installing a bed and/or bumper correctly.
Thanks for the info. Amazing that it's a common thing! One would think that since there are locating pins for the bed to line up on the frame they'd get it right. I guess I'll try to get the dealership to fix it. Sucks that the dealership is 90 miles away. It'll be a little more complicated since I have the sprayed in bedliner from the factory. I agree, if the it looks good to the eye there's no need for measuring it.
I could be mistaken, but I seem to recall that the bed bolts are a one-time use item. Once loosened or removed, they are supposed to be replaced. Anybody else recall this?
Yes, however, the vast majority of bolts showing as one time use are due to having locking compound pre-applied to the bolt new. Not big deal to reuse so long as you reapply the compound. Real one time use bolts are toque to yield, which would be very rare in a chassis. Same for lock nuts. So long as the nut has appropriate running torque they can be reused. E.g. when reusing a locknut changing a commercial aircraft engine we do a running torque check. So long as the torque check is good and the nut passes NDT we can reuse. If we don't want to do the inspections then we change the parts.
Speaking of misalignment. Anyone have this bed problem,,,looks like bed is tipping downward/backwards only 500km's on it. Took it in to the dealer and they said the frame is bent! Only looks this bad at certain angles so don't see how it could be the frame!
Update......I corrected the problem myself. The pain in the *** part was, because I had the factory sprayed in bed liner which they spray over the bed bolts. Care had to be taken in order to remove the bolts without screwing up the bed liner. I had to take the 6 bed bolts out (these bolts are not one time use bolts). I jacked up the front of the bed in order to remove the plastic locating pin. There is no way to align the bed correctly if the plastic pin is left on. Then lower the bed onto the frame and position the bed so it sits in the correct position. The rear pin and holes align the rear of the bed in the correct position. So with the front bed locating pin and hole miss align the
bed in relationship to the cab. Basically the bed isn't parallel to the frame and cab. Seems to me that something so simple wouldn't be an issue. Great job Ford!! From the looks of it, I'd think that every supercab would suffer the misalignment issue unless Ford has corrected the F@#k up.
Wow thanks for the update pics and mention about the bed bolts. I'm going to try and locate that pin, maybe similar issue for me.
My truck has the factory spray in liner but based on the paperwork it was done after being delivered to the dealer. The bolts aren't covered over so maybe their re-install is the issue??? Dropping off at a second dealer body shop today i'll update here.
Who did your bed liner? I hope that isn't Line-X, 'cause that's NOT what mine looks like. Line-X dealer I used removed all the bolts and bed accessories, tie downs, cleats, tailgate bolts, etc. My bed is pretty much dead on center, BTW.

It's a Ford Factory bed liner, not aftermarked. It's even a line item on the window sticker.
Dealer said they cannot adjust it because of the alignment pins.
