Do you honestly think that asking.for your AC to be fixed on a $50000 nearly new truck in hot weather makes someone a special snowflake? If so perhaps you should aim a little higher.

And thats what i would do. Drop it off at the dealer and grab the loaner platinum truck and they can call me when it is fixed. Point is i wont be driving around in the truck without AC. If they couldnt get me.in for 2.or 3 days i would still go down.and drop off my truck and geab a loaner and then its on their time.

It's all good guys. If it works for you, great. Personally, I don't stress about the small things. Just venting on here and don't want anyone to take it personal. My luck it went out on the weekend. Just got back from Orlando for a week and worked flawlessly. Oh well, I'll hopefully be able to take it in on Monday.

Yeah, my bad. I guess whenever I hear the word "demand" I automatically picture someone going in and making a scene and tearing into the service guy. I realize now that is not what you meant. Just another example of the internet forum disconnect that can happen when you can't hear or see someone speak.

I can see how it came off as sounding like that. My bad for sounding entitled. Of course I am not going to tear into the service guy... maybe the manager

"Dropping it off and picking up a loaner" (if available) is a far cry from you high toned DEMANDS from several posts ago.

IMO broken air conditioning in hot weather is pretty much a top priority as it makes the vehicle borderline unusable.
What did all those people do long long ago in them dern cars that didn't have air conditioning.. thinkin... oh yeah! rolled down the winders!

buwahahahah

Borderline unusable..
