I have had many contacts with customer service with no resolution to the issues. Americans have the lemon law... We don't and I am desperate. I don't see any other avenue to take.

That is not the CEO of Ford Canada. That is the CEO of Ford Motors. Simple Google search will show you that Dianne Craig is the President and CEO of Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited.

While I don't have her email address, I would try:

DCraig@ford.ca

If that does not work, try other variations of her name.

Ford Canada's mailing address is:

Ford Motor Company of Canada Limited
The Canadian Road
P.O. Box 2000
Oakville, Ontario, Canada L6K 0C8

She reports to Fields. I mean if he's wanting to stir the hornet's nest, might as well go to the top.

speaking from experience the head office will not help you any more than the senior customer service people. To be honest I thought it made it way worse for me having contacted their office as his secretaries were less than polite and had no true effort for customer service....

If you should decide to write that CEO, do it by regular mail, not e-mail.

If you have any kind of Priority Mail version in Canada, spend a few bucks and use it. Your letter will stand out, and a signature will prove they received it. An e-mail? What e-mail?

Last July I had an unsatisfactory cabin assignment on a Princess cruise. Wrote to the VP in charge of Princess Marketing. Got a $2,100 credit toward a future cruise, already booked it. It can be done, if you have a case.

And that is no BS.

I have to ask, what issues are you having that the dealer are unable to resolve? Maybe someone on here can help if they had similar issues
