The PCM sensors are all grounded at the firewall near the PCM. Depending on model year and engine there are one or two posts. Check to make sure they are clean and tight.

Also make sure your battery is in good shape. How old is it? Has is been load tested? Low voltage during start-up can cause all sorts of DTCs to pop up, although yours seem to be all PCM sensor related.

Codes 135 and 155 is both banks Ox sensor heater circuit faults.
I would not be surprised if the VCT Cam codes and Evap codes are also wire intermitant related at the same point.
Clearing codes does not fix any fault.
Good luck.

I put a brand new computer at dealer a year ago and same problems exist in that it will die at a stop light once a week

just a hunch but sounds like the drivers side intake cam phaser. but with the other codes present a wiring issue makes sense too.

Stop throwing parts at it! Have you replaced the battery? Try another one even if this one says that it's good. Batteries frequently develop intermitant faults and those will drive the computers crazy and cause all kinds of unrelated (and false) error codes.

NEVER throw random parts at an electrical issue. If the monkey damages one connector, you'll spend the next ten years chasing gremlins that parts swapping won't fix.
