I have a 2019 XLT Ingot Silver Crew Cab (Ecoboost 2.7). Had a little fender bender and need to replace the front bumper (and maybe the back). I've always thought about eventually switching to a more aggressive style bumper. Now might be a good time since I need to replace.
Saw some options on Amazon and also from Rough Country. Can't really find any pics or feedback though. Anyone have any suggestions?
I seem to be the minority but I prefer chrome.
Mainly because it seems that every painted bumper especially if you live in a salt belt will rust.
The chrome bumpers on my 2002 were still perfect after 20 years of salty winter driving.
i went with the front and rear bumpers from rough country and i love the look of them. I had the fog lights connected to my factory fog light switch and the bar to its own switch these lights are connected only to my reverse lights
Check American Trucks, they have tons of different options. They also have reviews on products where people post pics after install so you can get a feel what it would look like installed.
I have the Fab Fours Matrix on mine. Had the Ranch Hand Bullnose on my '11. Hit two deer with the RanchHand with no damage other than a slight scratch on bumper from spikes. Haven't hit any deer with the Matrix but it feels significantly stronger than the Ranch Hand.
