I had to do a little extra trimming on the bottom of the passenger side where it wraps around the valance by the tow hook hole. Used a box knife and took like 3 minutes. But in all fairness, there is a slight dent there from a gas meter incident
My biggest concern is living in a state that loves to use salt on the roads in the winter.
If it gets between the bumper and the shellz...........I'm afraid it's going to corrode and eat away the bumpers.
Installed mine today. No install issues. Removing front bumper middle insert and bumperettes wasn't too bad, just had to fight with the clips. I used two trim tools during the install to make guiding the pieces in a little easier. As long as you don't press down on the taped sections you can align it just fine, and I tried to be extra careful around the back up sensors on the rear bumper.. I did do a complete dry fit to help loosen up the trim you have to pry on to slide it under. I did install the full front cover, so I included a pic of where it overlaps the side piece. The texture of the black textured abs blends well with the bumper insert pieces. Truck is Magnetic Gray. Front view, black abs textured. Overlap from center to side piece. Rear view, black abs textured.
