Default Bumper Plastic Part

Does anyone know if I can just get the below plastic part? Also is it easy to change (no bumper drop)? I have to touch the wall in my garage in order to get enough clearance to close my garage door and occasionally I just hit it a bit too hard.

Looks like it's JL3Z-17E810-AB From photos, looks like it just pops on and off with some clips.https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts...r-jl3z17e810ab

I think both sides are the same part # but in one picture it looks like it has a bevel. Any ideas?

Left and right are different part numbers and are not interchangeable.
They mirror each other, so the mounting clips won’t match from one side to the other.

I'll just say this is typical Ford ****-poor design. There is absolutely NO reason not to make right and left identical and just flip one side to go on the other. Dumb asinine engineering.

I have the same issue. May I suggest backing it in? The rear camera works great!
