Default BuiltRight Dash Mount

I have seen this on their website and it looks like a great product. I wanted to see how everyone was using it? If you have a pic that would be great, but I would love to know how you are using it. Right now that tray is for sunglasses most of the time

I have one and have been pleased with it so far. In its current configuration I have two Ram Arms and X grips (one for phone and the other for an ipad mini). I also routed a 12v USB plug (flush mount) to the tray so I dont have charging cables dangling everywhere.

A picture or two would be helpful if you are able. Could you add details on how you got power to that point as well?
Thanks
Mike

Hope these help, sorry I should have added the pics when I first replied.

To run the power top tray:
-Disassemble center bezel and top tray (drill hole for flush mount)
- Disassemble/Remove center console trim
- Drilled hole on side of "sliding storage area" to run wire to connect to existing USB plug in also added a grommet to hole to prevent damage to wire
- Ran wire from top tray behind driver side center stack and through hole to sliding storage
- Reassemble

Cheers

I like the idea and design - I will be very solid! Mine is not 'installed' yet - I'm still engineering options. I like the front center for a Dash-Cam. The sides will be for for His-n-Hers cell phones. I may add another center rear (diamond mount) for a GPS or Ham Radio controller. What do you think?...too much!...or??

Looks good! Only thing Id be cautious about is weight toward the rear since the front of the tray is friction fit (via clips) excess weight toward the rear may cause the front to lift.
