Here's MY Ford one

(It only looks off center because of the angle I was standing at. From head-on, it matches perfectly with the hood.)

Being located in BC with all the salt and rocks on the road ( not sand ) lol. I wonder how the 3m on the AVS will work? It it completely water proof inside the diameter of the tape? If salty sludge gets in there how easy does it rinse out ? The Ford one on my 03 was great cause the car wash wand cleaned any dirt and rocks out.

Yeah, as has been stated, the love bugs suck in FLA!!! but anything to protect any part of your hood is better than none here...I happen to have the Ford one, and really like it as well...

Looks awesome. Question? Does the Ford version have a straight top edge vs. the AVS version that has the hood indentation? Thx.

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but does this help?

Default Or this?

(And notice that the shield exactly lines up with the hood.)

Lare its different. Thx for the pics. If u take a look at the AVS version on mine there is an indentation right in the middle of the bug shield to reflect the dip in the middle of the hood. Both versions fit the hood perfectly. Enjoy yours brother! Happy smashing.

I've seem some posts regarding the Ford deflector rattling and making noise at higher speeds, 65ish or so. Had that experience with yours?
