Default Break-in smell????

For all of you that have gone through break in on a 2015/2016...did you guys notice any strange smells other than the new car smell?

I have what smells like something burning from my front end...engine isn't overheating...there's no visible sign of something burning...my thought it was the exhaust manifolds or brakes...

I'm thinking it's probably normal...but I wanted to see if anyone has noticed the same thing and how long it took for it to finally wear off. I only have 750 miles on mine at the current time.

Both my 12 and 16 had that smell. Mine went away after about a week of driving.

I've had ours for about a month...but it only gets driven a couple times a week at most. I figured if it was due to it being new, it would have burned off by now. Maybe not.

I have almost 5k on mine I still get a smell from the front engine area like you are describing. It's not nearly as bad now, my truck is in the garage and it makes the smell more noticible.

2600 miles on mine and definitely normal, and more pronounced in the garage.

Not even 2 miles from the dealer on purchase day,one of those big ones ripped out. 7months and 4000 miles it still lingers.
