Default Brakes Squeaking

Recently installed EBC rear rotors and yellow pads. Have about 500 miles on them. The squeaking is driving me crazy. Doesn't happen all the time but happens enough. I did install the shims and I assume I installed the rotors on the correct sides. One rotor had an "L" sticker on it so I installed on the driver side. Interestingly, the pads didn't come with new clips so I used the oem ones and put a little grease on them. I did bleed the brakes (don't think that would cause the squeaking). I emailed EBC Sunday and still no response. Might call them tomorrow. If yall have any suggestions let me know.

Installed:EBC Brakes S5KR1733 S5 Yellowstuff Brake Pad Set and GD Slotted and Dimpled Brake Rotors, 2-Wheel Set

2018 5.0 KR, 83k miles.

Did you remove the caliper slide pins, clean, inspect, and apply new grease? It could be the caliper is not fully retracting after releasing the brake pedal.

I once had this issue, I tracked it to me not cleaning the piston prior to pressing it back into the caliber, I feel like it made it sticky. I took back apart, put a spacer in between, and had wife press on brake pedal, piston out a bit, toothbrush with brake cleaner, repressed piston back in, took care of my problem. This or the new brakes are semi-metallic and will simply take a bit to set in.
