Brakes

"I bought a brand new 20-150ft lbs torque wrench and used it for front only (will return it and 3 ton jackstands)" You lost me at this (cheating) point.
Brake jobs are hard. They've never not been hard. Even when doing it 100% right the first time, it's hard. Done it many times on many cars. Never again.
The torque wrench and jack stands are used products. Sell them on-line or at a yard sale.

FWIW rebuilding a brake caliper is really a pretty simple thing. You'd think it would be sort of complicated, but there's not much to them. Really just pistons and seals to replace. Just take the old stuff out, clean everything good with some brake cleaner, make sure their dried out, and put your new seals and pistons in. Use new brake fluid on the new seals so that you don't shear or damage them when reassembling everything. There's quite a few videos on YT to walk you through this if you do in fact need new or rebuild calipers.
Here's mine I rebuilt off my 03 Lightning. The rears where locked up after the rearend seals leaked fluid on them, but I just rebuilt all of them while I was at it.
