Drive's Door Ajar Message
I recently bought a 2015 F150 Lariat from the auction and got it fixed. The truck seemed to have been side swiped on the left and the passenger door and driver's door got ruined. We installed a new door; however, now the truck doesn't recognize when the driver's door is closed and keeps saying it's opened. The door creates a good seal but I don't know what it could be. I've noticed that not all the controls for the lowering and raising the windows work and the keyless entry system doesn't work on the driver's side. Has anyone faced a similar issue?
Thank you in advance!

I have not faced similar but I can spitball a couple ideas. Did you re-use the latches from the wrecked door? You say the seal is good but have you tried adjusting the striker anyways? Reason I ask those questions is I am fairly certain (95%) the door knows its open/ closed state based on the latch. A quick way to test this may be with the door physically open, close the latch fully using a screw driver or such and then see if that changes things for you. Simply pulling the handle inside or outside will release the latch again so it can be physically closed again, if it doesn't just flip open use the screw driver again to open the latch while pulling one of the handles. My truck is not equipped with keyless entry so I cant test this theory, but I would imagine the problems are related and if you fix the door closed problem then the keyless entry will work correctly.
Edit: I guess while your at it if there is no electrical connector to the latch then I am wrong about all of this, however if there is make sure that the connector is secure and maybe try unplugging it checking for bent/ spread terminals then re-seating the connector ensuring it is secure.

Have you checked for DTCs? B1075:01 is a general driver door ajar switch failure. Are the courtesy lights on all the time? What trim level is the truck?
Door Ajar Switch
The door ajar switches (ground switches) each receive a voltage signal from the BCM on independent circuits. When the door is closed, the door ajar switch is closed, routing the signal to ground. When the door is opened, the door ajar switch opens.

You can disable the door alarm chime vis FORScan. I'm not sure if this only disables the audible chime or if it also disables the alert itself.
Of course, that would mean you wouldn't get any audible notification for any doors or the tailgate.
