My 16 had em. Still have the key actually. My 19 didn’t come with them. I don’t miss them. They are available on Amazon. You can also get the ones that are just extra tie downs as well.

My truck has the plates already installed...but I didn't get the BoxLink hooks...and they are not listed on the window sticker. Just curious if I was supposed to get them since
the truck has the plates installed in the bed. Thanks.
What trim level do you have? Lariat and up have them standard and are listed on the top of the window sticker and not under the optional equipment. My Lariat had the plates installed but the cleats were missing. The dealer replaced the cleats. Said they were lost from the dealer trade.

My 2018 STX had the plates installed too, no cleats though. My truck also had the factory spray in bed liner. I always thought that had something to do with it.

Same for me

This is a good point I have never had a reason to use the cleats. I do have the foldable pickup bed extender which I use a lot as it allows me to put things in the bed without them sliding up to the front of the truck. It flips around to either extend or give you a nice short space to put groceries or other things.

Bought my truck used, had the plates in the bed but I didn't get the cleats with the truck. After some reading on here and finding out that e-track fittings work in the plates, I just bought some e-track light duty ring fittings. They snap right in, work great for straps and are probably more durable than the cleats anyway.

My "17 XLT shows them under the 302A package. The plates were installed and the links were under the back seat.

My ‘15 302a has plates and cleats. I’ve never used them but love the idea. I’d like a net of some sort to put in that place, keep stuff from sliding to the front.

My 2018 XLT did not come with Boxlink - I had to buy the plates and install them. The one thing I looked for but could not find was a boxlink plate that had the E-Track opening. The boxlink opening is wider than E-Track so E-Track adapters fit but have a lot of slop side to side.
