2019 F150 XLT
My bluetooth just stopped working today.
It won't do sh@t.
My phone can't see my truck and my truck can't see my phone.
Re-booted both - several times - no joy.
Anyone else?
Any ideas?

 

Could be anything from a minor problem to a dying APIM. It's a 2019, take it to the dealer if you've already tried reboots/repairing.

 

I went back out to the truck and tried it again.
It works again. It must have been updating or something.
I would delete my phone from the truck, but it wouldn't delete, it was still there.
Now I can delete it and it really deletes. I re-paired it and everything came back to life.
Like a duck on a pond, on the surface everything seems calm and fine. But under the water (behind the scenes) his little feet are flapping furiously.
Same with the F150 software I think...

 

If your phone is an Iphone, chances are it's a phone problem!

 

Did you just restart the phone? Or did you do a "hard reboot"? by holding the home button (apple) and the top right side button simultaneously.

I find that a hard reboot almost always solves my problems.

 

Same thing happened to me the other day. Assuming a Sync update issue. The phone was showing as connected but wouldn't do crap through the car. Couldn't remove/unpair the phone either. Restarted the truck and it's been fine since.
