Default Bluetooth help

I have a 2016 2.7 EB XLT that I did the 4.2 to 8" conversion. Everything works great but in Bluetooth mode they can hear me but I can't hear them. I have an iPhone 6s but I tried 2 different phones and still doesn't work. Any help will be appreciated thank you.

Do Sync voice commands work? Asking only because you say everything is great, but years in support have taught me to not assume you have for sure tested everything.

If it does, then that's odd as I would have bet there was a connection issue with the microphone. Otherwise I am not sure aside from the other computer support standby, do a master reset.

I have not dug into the radio and associated modules much on these vehicles, so hopefully someone that has been through it has some ideas.

this is one of the things that is keeping me from going to a Lariat cluster in my XLT 302A, hopefully you figure this out!

Ok finally fixed thanks to Joe Mancinik at Infotainment, he helped me out seems to be they didn't ship me the genie to program the radio. Now it's flawless everything works just like factory. Thank you again Joe.

FYI. His issue didn't have anything to do with the Instrument cluster. The 8" Lariat cluster is the speedo, tach, digital gauges, etc. which is actually a very easy and less likely to be problematic mod to do. The biggest problem is finding one!
