Default BLIS modules help needed

Long story short, I’ve got a ‘17 with LED/BLIS tails and upgraded to a pair of Raptor tail lamps but didn’t realize they were off an ‘18 Raptor. Didn’t include modules, so went to swap my modules over and the BLIS plugs are different. SO before I cut up two pairs of lights to swap pigtails, does anyone know if ‘18 modules will get a long with the 15-17 trucks? I’m fine with a re-flash if that’s what’s needed at the dealer, but would rather know they’re good before I purchase a pair...

That's odd, I put 18' tail light assemblies on my 15', plugged my modules right in. Maybe a jumper harness is missing?

The pin configuration is the same, but the ‘17 tails have a tab that runs the length of the connector above the row of pins I’m assuming for alignment purposes whereas the ‘18 tails just have the row of pins/female recepticals. Either I’ll trim the tab down enough to mate the pins of just swap ends on the tails, but I would have liked to keep the ‘17 tails together for an easier sale

So not sure what I was looking at the other night, but everything installed fine today without any problems. Thanks for the response!

Yes I installed 18 LED tail light with Blis modules in the On my 2015 XLT and programmed them. They work just fine on my 2015. Lights and Blis working all ok.
I just need to make Bit changes with Forscan and added the tail light wire harness JL3Z-13A409-G for XLT and for Lariat and above JL3Z-13A409-C

Is the JL3Z-13A409-G harness if you have 15-17 and want to upgrade to stock LED tails or will they work for my 18 xlt converting to stock 18 Blis LED’s

The harness of JL3Z-13A409-G should work for your 18 Led tail light upgrade, this is an 18 year harness as designated by the J at the beginning.
