I ran kumho 33x12.5x18 on stock wheels on my 15 4x4 before I put the level on. I can’t remember if I had the 1.5” wheel spacers on at that point or not though.

34" is the biggest you can go without serious rubbing.
32" if your rims are 10" wide.
If the new tires weigh more then yes, you can expect slightly less MPG, but not a significant loss. I have no noticeable road noise from my aggressive AT tires. The ride is a little more bumpy due to higher tire pressure than I had in my stock tires, I think.
Hope that helps
I have 33" with a 10" wide rim and even with a 2.25" level in the front it still rubs a little at full turn. Damn crash bars

Did you trim your crash bars at all?

If you're asking for the biggest, I run Fuel Maverick 22's wrapped in 285/55x22. Yes, I had to spread my crash bars and I do rub in reverse at full turn but that's the price you pay for vanity, right???
