Default Bedliner Question

I paid $475 for a Line-X bedliner when buying my truck. They wanted to sell me a Toff for $425 but I went with Line-X anyway. Now they are telling me they can't find a Line-X dealer so they can offer me $50 back and the Toff or I can get my $475 back and get it done myself.

Any suggestions? I live in Dallas so there should be plenty of places to do it.

If the dealer was also in Dallas, they obviously didn't look very hard. http://www.linexofdallas.com/

No joke. She called me and said something else like X Line or something.

I would tell them to look harder and get what you paid for.

Take the $475 back and do the LineX yourself so the warranty is with you, so you can make sure it is done right and so you have the option of a higher quality LineX. The $475 is just for the standard LineX. Also consider taking the $475 back and get a drop in for $150. Forget the Toff.

Well that's line-x of Dallas, GA

But there are a bunch of line x dealers in DFW...

https://www.google.com/search?q=line...i:3,lf_pqs:EAE

I guess OP didn't specify the state but just throwin it out there...

I'd agree with the take the money and get it done elsewhere.

My dealer did Line-X for me for like $300 I think because there was a scratch in the bed of the truck when I bought it so I just worked it into the deal.

As shady as that sounds, they might put the Toff and stick a Line-X sticker on it.

My dealer tried to screw me for $350 for a flimsy drop-in bedliner. I told them to take that crap off my truck and I'd go with a real bedliner. I just had my Line-X treatment done yesterday for $479. Much worth the extra cost over a traditional liner.

The Toff in the show room looks awesome.

I had Line X or Rhino Liner for years on my other truck and it was great except for the color seemed to fade over time.
