Default Bed side step hardware

Any idea what all hardware is required to install bed side steps, assuming I get ahold of a pair without some? I know it bolts in I think in three spots. just wondering size of the bolts and what's on the backside holding them in like washers or what.

Just put the amp bed step 2's on my truck bolts in the same spot as factory step should use the same hardware. Look at amp research site for install instructions.

That's an excellent suggestion, thank you.

I purchased a fleet truck takeoff set of steps that unfortunately won't have the hardware so I'm trying to get it all straight.

Just took pics of this tonight for another member. This is of the drivers side, these clips accept the bolts from the box step bracket.

Not bad. What size are the bolts etc that go through and what size are the nuts on the other end? Are they like nylon locking nuts?

Not sure on bolt size. The clips are threaded with an integrated nut. Simply clip then onto the frame and they're ready to go.

Bolts which mount the step brackets to the main frame are M10 x 26mm long and have a captured flat washer. These bolts thread into the U-nuts msu50000 posted the picture of

If your not going to use OEM hardware, I would suggest M10 x 30mm bolts with a heavy duty flat washer - grade 5 minimum.

The nuts are available at most auto stores. I bought a used set missing one nut and picked it off shelf.
