I've been very happy with a
Dee Zee DZ87005 mat Dee Zee DZ87005 mat
. Check Tractor Supply Store if there is one local to you; my branch had mats at very discounted prices (after I'd just bought one online, sadly). This was a perfect fit for my 2015 short bed.
Note that DeeZee also makes a trim-to-fit tailgate mat but I did not buy one. One Amazon reviewer said that the texture/pattern is not an exact match to the bed mat. Don't want the extra weight there anyway. My kid can barely close the tailgate as it is.

same mat here. $80 of amazon. sturdy and heavy, NO chemical rubber smell, made in USA... not sure if the "fancy looking" Ford OEM mat is worth the extra $$$. Would be more worried about someone just stealing those.

Rubber horse trailer mat. Will outlast your truck.

Basically any of them... OEM and Dee Zee seem to fit well. I got the dealer to throw in the OEM mat, but would have been fine buying the Dee Zee.
