Default Battery issue?

Question guys. I have a 2018 3.5 ecoboost. Most times the auto start stop doesn't work it says charging. Once in awhile it does now that it's not as cold out it will work. I drive 20 to 25 minutes to work so I don't think I am not driving enough to charge. Now lately when I park somewhere if I am waiting key off, the radio shuts off after about 2 minutes. Used to last 10 if I'm correct? Also my outlet doesn't stay on anymore it shuts off when I turn the key off. No more of the 75 minutes or whatever it is. I bought the truck last April. Battery says fomoco on it so I assume it's the original. Is my battery on its last leg and I need a new one? I assume the battery management system is shutting outlets and radio and such off to conserve it for starting. TIA

I would say you are most certainly on your final chapter of that battery. I'd get it changed before the swap gets expensive (dead in an area you wish it wasn't)

It's very likely the battery aging out if it's original. It's at least 5 and maybe 6 years old. Free check is to try fully charging the battery, then immediately lock the truck using the interior driver door button, close the door, and let the truck sit at least 8 hours so the battery state of charge is reset in the truck. If the shutdowns continue after this it is more evidence that the battery is getting weak. Next check would be a load test on the battery to see how much capacity it is still holding. Or if you don't want to hassle with interim steps, replacing a 5 or 6 year old battery is a not so bad move to assure you don't end up stranded somewhere at an inopportune time.

I don't mind living dangerously, so I waited after I knew my battery was getting weak. It died in the garage at 7 years old. I fully charge my battery a few times a year and reset the state of charge in order to try to get as much life as I can from it.

Thanks guys I will probably bite the bullet and replace it. No biggie. What is everyone's favorite place to get a battery? Napa oriellys advance? I was browsing napa online. The on that fit with my 3.5 engine is a 800cca and 120 minute reserve. there was one before I picked the engine that was 850 CCA and 170 minute reserve. I'd rather do that but idk which f150 engine that one is recommended for. Would it still fit?

Are these batteries ever in stock at Walmart or do they always have to order it?

Can't comment on Walmart because I bought a Duracell at Sam's Club. It was in stock.

Dont know, they keep in stock the ones necessary for all of my cars, so.......If its not a regular stocked battery, I would look elsewhere then.
