Default Ballistic Jester Offset Dilema

On my 2016 XLT 4x4 with the Special Edition 20/8.5 wheels I've been told that they have a +44 offset. Apparently, the Ballistic Jesters come close to OEM specks with their 20x9 option, but I can't get a consistent answer as to how much farther they will stick out.

One internet seller tells me only "about 1/2 inch." A local tire/wheel store says they "don't know" how far.

Using:

https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

it tells me it will be 1.5 inches farther out. I can take 1/2 inch, but 1.5 inches?"

Anyone know for certain?

That is 1.5" farther out from stock.

+20 is about even with the fenders. 0 offset is about 1-1.5" outside the fender on a 9" wheel.

Not happy. I was hoping to avoid mud flaps and fender flares.

Still need to know what size tires you are going to run. Your best option is to look at the tire and wheel thread and take a look at trucks that are running a 9" wheel with a similar offset.

I like the stock tires and they have less than 3K miles on them so I would mount them as is on the new wheels. Thanks....I'll check out that thread.

Photo taken from bumper looking towards the back.

Hope these help! If there's a more specific picture you want, let me know! And again, these are +12mm offset.

Thank you, J. Beard. Those look great and I feel better now that they don't stick out too far.

Also, did you transfer the stock TPMS sensors to your new wheels and they fit OK?

Or did you have to buy new sensors?

Yeah they just transferred them over. They still had to recalibrate them for the wheels though, I believe, but that was it.
