I used a hair dryer to warm up the tape and use fishing line to slice it.

I did mine on a warm day and just used dental floss to cut through the adhesive tape. I was able to pull most of the remaining tape off with my fingers. WD40 on a microfiber cloth easily removed the remaining adhesive. Then I washed and waxed it.

Front emblem apparently requires removal of the grill. Rear emblem can be done through the panel on the tailgate. The fender badges will leave a couple holes (2 or 4, I forget), and the other tailgate emblems are simply adhesive.

I haven't done them, I'm just reiterating what I've seen on the forum previously. I'd imagine good quality 2-sided tape on clean paint would be sufficient.

When installing from the factory, ford uses a heat lamp.
