Backup Camera Electrical Issue

As someone who's truck didn't originate with a backup cam, I've been doing some research into how to install one. Especially when I had to replace the bed and the new bed came complete with tailgate and backup cam.
I also replace my steering wheel in order to get cruise control buttons. It was in researching one of those two procedures, that I came across livinitup's asbuilt spreadsheet and those two values were the ones I changed in order to try and enable the backup camera. Since you weren't getting the camera not available message it sounded to me like your truck didn't know that you had a backup camera.

The dealer I bought it from sent me the replacement screen weeks later and I installed it myself with no trip to the dealer or forscan input so I was stumped on how it got reverted to no camera.
I’m pumped to have it working finally. I hope you get yours figured out soon

I was thinking to myself that the truck may have not known I had a camera but dismissed it bc it was originally working when I bought the truck but the 4” display was cracked and only showed partial.

Hopefully next weekend I can chase them down in my truck and figure out what is missing. My money is on the white LIN wire not making it all the way to the BCM.

I also have the standard radio and I'm trying to upgrade it to a sync 2. I ordered a APIM pigtail online, so I"m trying to organize the process of where all those wires go too. That's the first tab.
