Back Up Camera Problem
My 16 at about 18 months old.. my camera started acting up. First was blurry and then even upside down and eventually all black with an error message.
I traced it down to the plastic wire scrunchy conduit stuff right behind the rear bumper...it wore a hole thru the wire!! The exact stuff to protect wires..literally cut a wire..once I cleaned it up Its been great ever since.

I would swear that I read recently that Ford was aware of the issue and was in the process of looking for a fix or issuing a TSB or recall. But, I'll be danged if I can find where I came across this article.

Finally took my 2019 F-150 in for the Recall on valve train chatter ( 21B10). Also had them check my back up camera issue. Turns out there is a TSB #21-2411. Description says they " REPROGRAMMED APIM USING FLASH DRIVE". So far no back up camera issues but will wait and see.
There have been some backup camera problems enough that the assistant service manager thought I was scheduled for a camera replacement when I had to reschedule the diagnostic appointment. My camera had a decent picture but lost the backup warning lines and ability to close-up. Not sure what they did, working now.
Non truck fords 2: an Edge and Explore developed lines then n/a picture. Both incidents cameras were replaced under warranty. New cameras require programing after installation, you can do this via Forscan also. Years ago no issue since then.
