Automatic rear windows.
No, at least not without doing some rewiring or something pretty intensive. They typically aren't automatic for safety reasons (kids or pets closing their neck in the window). The fronts are fine because at least if people are following the law front seat passengers are typically old enough to handle such a situation, or hopefully not get in it to begin with.
Anyway, anything is possible, you didn't really give us a scope of how far you want to go to make it happen, but I think it would at least require swapping out the existing switches and who knows what else.

It's not a safety thing, it's just Ford being cheap. You can have power windows on any door, just have to have obstruction detection with automatic reverse, which our front windows have.
For windows that are hardwired to the switches, you can catch the wires where they come into the cab near the driver's feet. For windows that have control modules, you can run wires to the motor side of the oem controller. I suggest DEI 535T - $70.
This is not an 'intensive' job, unless one cannot master simple voltage and ground continuity checks using a multimeter.
