Besides the expensive bakflip mx4 are there any other tonneaus that allow you to use your automatic remote tailgate?

What type of tonneaus are you looking at (soft roll-up, tri-fold, etc)? I would think almost all of them would allow you to still use the auto remote tailgate. I know it works fine with my LoPro QT.

 

Hard fold is what I'm thinking but a list of all options would be nice with those that don't interfere with using that super awesome feature

 

Way too many of them to list all that work.
You need to figure out what style you want and need first, then narrow down.
Tri fold, solid, hard roll up, soft roll up, sit on top of bed rails, sit flush with bed rails.

Tons of threads about tonneau covers.
There are covers that allow you to open and close tailgate and remote open, there are also covers that you have to lift up before closing tailgate.

My BakFLip G2 allows my tailgate to drop just fine,

 

Extang Solid Fold 2.0 doesn't interfere with it either.
