Auto start/stop... not working
So I've noticed over the last couple days that my auto start/stop has quite working. This feature is something I actually like and I'm a little concerned that it's just not working for no reason. I'm getting no error codes and it seems to be running fine, what could this be...
1. I'm assuming your seatbelt is on?
2. Keep the AC/Heater on a low setting or turn it off completely just to test it out. I noticed if I have it on full blast it wont auto stop.
3. Push down on the brakes a tad more?
4. Trailer connected or something connected in the 4/7way pin?
These are just guesses. Good luck man.

Check what the screen says between the gauges. On the fuel/trip section, there's a page that shows the status of the start/stop. It'll tell you why it's not activating (low temp, vehicle charging, seat belt etc)
Nothing in the trailer connectors, brake peddle pressed down as normal and harder to test that, heater turned off.
A lot of things affect the start/stop. One is how hard you press the brake, I lightly press the brake enough to hold the truck still. This will not activate the auto start/stop. Another is if the A/c is on high or max. Heres the wording directly from the owners manual.
Enabling Auto StartStop
The system automatically enables every
time you start your vehicle if:
• You do not press the Auto StartStop
button (not illuminated).
• Your vehicle exceeds an initial speed
of 3 mph (4 km/h) after you have
initially started your vehicle.
•Your foot is on the brake pedal.
• The transmission is in drive (D).
• The driver door is closed.
• There is adequate brake vacuum.
• The interior compartment has cooled
or warmed to an acceptable level.
• The front windshield defroster is off.
• You have not turned the steering wheel
rapidly or you do not have it at a sharp
angle.
• The vehicle is not on a steep road
grade.
• The battery is within optimal operating
conditions (battery state of charge and
temperature in range).
• The engine coolant is at operating
temperature.
• Elevation is below about 10000 feet
(3048 meters).
• Ambient temperature is moderate.
• You have selected 4X2 or Auto mode.
• The trailer is not connected.
• You have not selected Tow haul.
• You have not selected Manual or Sport
mode.
Note: The system allows multiple
successive Auto StartStop events, but it
may not operate in conditions of heavy
traffic or in extended low speed operation.

Could be a battery going bad, cold weather (battery does not accept a charge very readily when cold), short driving trips or a current parasitic loss when truck is off. My guess is a combination of the second/third notes.
