Auto High beams
I am looking for help/suggestions on the Auto High beams for my 2015 Platty.
I have them turned on in the settings menu and they don't seem to work on their own.
Any suggestions? I have read the owners manual and have done the proper steps.

Mine work wonderfully (2016 SCREW Lariat)
You have to have the auto beam ON in settings.
You then have to manually turn them on above 45mph (push forward on stick)... They will automatically dim with an approaching car, or when you catch up with a car.
They will/should go back to High, if you are above 45mph, and there are no cars in front of you going either direction.
They will NOT go to high automatically, when below 45mph.
They will NOT work automatically Dusk, or Dawn - - it MUST actually be Dark outside.
At least, that is how mine works.

In order to have auto high-beam, you need 2 things: Have it enabled in the dash, AND put headlight switch in AUTO. That last part hasn't been mentioned yet. And at least on my truck, turning the headlight switch to auto, it automatically turns on auto high-beam, with is a white high beam symbol, right next to the green light one. No need to push stalk forward, like on other cars. Oh, and on my truck, the cutoff speed is also 25 to 30. Hope this helps.
The following is from the 2016 WSM:
The IPMA controls the automatic high beam feature when active.
The IPMA turns the high beam headlamps on when the following conditions are met:
1. The feature has been enabled using the message center
2. The headlamp switch is in the AUTOLAMPS position and the autolamps feature has turned the exterior lamps on
3. The vehicle speed is greater than 51 km/h (32 mph)
4. The IPMA determines the ambient lighting conditions are dark enough
5. The IPMA does not detect any light source that can be interpreted as an illuminated vehicle lamp
The IPMA turns the high beams off if any of the following occur:
1. The IPMA detects any light source that can be interpreted as an illuminated vehicle lamp
2. The IPMA determines the ambient lighting conditions are not dark enough
3. The vehicle speed falls below 44 km/h (27 mph)
4. The autolamps are turned off
5. The IPMA determines the view is blocked

My auto high beams work flawlessly!
At first, I thought ya right...they will probably be bull***** until I used them one night on highway and dam they really work well!
Mine will even go to low beams when I start to approach vehicles ahead of me.
If theres any type of light, be it from oncoming vehicles, vehicles ahead or any form of street light the high beams will not come on.
Also check your dimmer switch, make sure it is set in correct position...so the little headlight icon with the "A" inside comes on.

After being very skeptical of this feature, I have come to like having my auto high beams. They work pretty very well all things considered. The only bad thing I can say is the way it sees some lights and signs and dims when there are no vehicles in front of me, but this usually happens in areas where lights are more numerous like neighborhoods and what not.
