Default Apollo 13

A week ago I drove over a heavily patched area of road and the loose black tarry gravel was flying around beating loudly against the underside of my truck. Right after that I got a traction control module fault, then a couple minutes later a steering assist module fault. Then while stopping at a stop sign I got a hill-start assist not available message. I felt like I was on the Apollo 13 trip as it was slowly dying.
After stopping and restarting the truck there were no error lights and no problems. I checked with forscan and there were a half dozen faults about the anti-lock brakes, signal imbalance, etc. Since I couldn't see anything damaged under the truck I just reset the errors. After a week no errors have returned.

I'm looking at your location and know you're making this up. No way they've patched any of the roads around there.

LOL Yes, we're at the bottom of the list for roads. They keep promising and have been raising the gas taxes. I heard the roads around the governor's mansion are okay though.

Do yourself a favor and don't read these two articles. Just don't, OK?

Too late. I was in a presentation from the SCDOT at a Conservatives of the Upstate meeting a couple weeks ago. Some people there had those stories but didn't get much of a chance telling them. Thanks for these articles. I have some friends interested in reading them.

The minimum.....absolute MINIMUM....they could do is cancel the rest of the planned six year gas tax hike plan since they've collected more than the entire forecasted project cost in the first three.

Just noted two more four inch deep potholes on the way home I need to report to the county. The last ones I did, you give the road and the location. I gave the road and in the location field typed "This entire road is a pothole."

I had one of those moments too - turned off the car to fill up, got EVERY error light when tried to start it up again.

Turned it off, then back on, all clear.

Regarding your post it sounds like you may have moisture in the wiring harness / connectors particularly near the trailer hitch area.
