At first nothing was working. I did load a as built from. F150 19 lariat I just got the voice to work i just need the seek options for the steering wheel did a master reset apim reset went to diagnostic screen i can see the satellites working and im reloading 3.4 with NA MAPS as we speak with cyanlabs

 

Reloading is not going to fix anything. You have the incorrect Asbuild data stored in the APIM that fits your vehicle.
