Default Anzo light

Just recently installed the Anzo led head lights in my 2016 F-150. Love the way they look but not crazy about the halogen bulbs and would like to add hid. As anyone done this and if so what did you buy. You can't buy them by the model of the truck because they are H-7 bulbs in the Anzo lights and if you buy for H-7 conversion kit will it fit the truck harness. CONFUSSED!!!!!

before someone blast you. There is another thread on the ANZO lights. Many have converted to LED bulbs and some have done HIDS.
Just use the search feature for ANZO and it should come up.

welcome aboard

You have some reading to do my friend. 2,831 posts on the Anzo's already.

Plenty in there about HID. I went with the Diode Dynamics kit with optional relay for an extra $30 and highly recommend it. It's an expensive kit but it's high quality and worth it. You can buy it from their site or @4x4TruckLEDS.com sells them I think and offers a 10% forum discount.

I read most of the post on that thread. I saw where they added hid bulbs but didn't see what exactly they used. Thanks for the reply!

Well if you have anymore questions you are better off posting them there instead of your own thread. It's still a very active thread and more people that know the answers will see your posts over there.

No problem. Hide your wallet if you are planning to spend a lot of time on this site.

As stated above, there is another Anzo thread that will give you a TON of information. I also have Anzo's as so many other's do on this site, so I will give you a quick run through before you get bombarded by a certain vendor to buy from his site because "so many of us are happy with his lights".

GO HID.

I bought the LED's, they look great, but output was not. Real world (i have 20/15 vision) sight, don't waste your money with the LED setups. I bought them, swapped them, bought more, swapped them, and finally just said screw it and bought a HID setup from theretrofitsource.com. I am now happy.

The anzo thread will take you a while to get through, but any question you have will be answered over and over again in there. If you have any other questions, you will see several members in the thread are very active with commenting with great information that is unbiased as a seller.

Welcome to the forum
