Default Anyone having Ford Pass problems?

Ford Pass on my I Phone has quit working. All I get is a blue page with a Ford logo in the center. Tried to reload the app, it did not help. Anyone else having problems?

Ever since I updated to iOS 14 my FordPass app requires sometimes 2 tries to get it to open. It also is a battery hog if I allow it to run in the background.

Rumor is that is runs on a 3G signal or something, and because many cell companies no longer support 3G, the app either doesnt work, or will be getting dropped soon

Wrong system/app you are referencing. FordPass uses 4G.

OP, have you removed and reinstalled the app? Completely shut off your phone and turned it back on (not just locking it or airplane mode)?

My biggest issue with FordPass is that it keeps telling me to register my truck - which is already registered and tracking in the app. Also it never gave me the 42,000 points for registering the truck to begin with. I've tried to chat with support about 20 times, but no matter what time of day I try it always says they are chatting with other customers and I need to try another time.

I registered my truck and it took several weeks for the points to show up in FordPass, support says it can take up to 30 days. Not sure when you registered your truck.

It took almost two months for my FordPass points to appear in my account. Bought and activated on July 3. The points appeared in my account on Aug. 28.
Have you tried calling the Ford Pass Rewards center? (833) 385-0516

I'm running iOS 13.7, had a few issues yesterday trying to bring up the owners manual. Had to restart the app twice so I could launch the manual, but it's working.
