It looks to be the main rubber seal around the perimeter of the windshield. Noticed as I was washing her this morning. taking it in to dealer to see whats up. Not leaking as of right now.

I have an appointment at 1430 tomorrow at the Ford body shop. I am meeting with the warranty rep and he is taking pictures. Lady on phone was nice and stated that it will be covered whatever they do. I would hope so for only a little more then a month and 1300 miles. Let you all know what I find out.

Just got home from Ford service. They don't replace or work on the windows. Third party shop does all the work. They come to ford garage and fix it right there. Has to OK repair through Ford and then he is giving me a call. let you all know how it goes.

Can you grab it with a pair of needle nose pliers. I have a super thin pair that has no teeth, something like that to see if its loose or not.

Don't think I have anything small enough. The guy at the service department said that it defiantly is the main seal.

Just noticed the fit of the windshield to the truck along the top of the windshield! Is it just the photo or does it appear to have a wide gap near the top center??
