Default Anyone else having this problem?

Sometimes after stopping at a light, I feel a surge from the transmission. it happens just a moment after I have come to a complete stop. It's not drastic but it feels like something is grabbing or trying to go in the transmission. I am taking it to the dealer for the harsh shifting TSB and I will discuss it with them. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. By the way I have the 5.0 4x4 XLT Screw if it matters.

Can't say I've ever noticed anything out of the ordinary on mine.

Does it only happen when the gas tank is around 3/4 full? My 2013 does your exact symptoms, and it goes away once the gas gets closer to half, and below. In my case, I think it's the fuel sloshing around after coming to a stop, kinda nudging the truck forward.

Like said above, a light thud or something that feels like it's pushing forward directly after full stop, seems to be fuel in the tank sloshing forward. I have the same thing, and def happens when the tank is more than half full.

I had it happen to me for the first week or so after I bought the truck but nothing since. I chalked it up to things just getting broke in.

I feel the same surge when i stop. If you park on a paved road, driveway with truck off in park then grab rear wheel and rotate it by hand back and forth you will hear and feel the gas sloshing in the tank. That is probably what you feel.

Makes sense, that's about 200lbs of fuel sloshing. I have never noticed it

I have it intermittently, never paid attention to the fuel level. Will pay attention now.

I'm sure the fuel is already forward when stopping,, so maybe it's flowing back to normal and hitting the back of the tank. You would think that for $400.00 they would but a few baffles in there.
