Default Any recommendations on a rear bed step?

I'm considering adding a rear bed step to make it easier to get in bed. Do you have any feedback/recommendations on using one? Do they hold up? I'm finding pricing from $100 to $200, depending on the source. Are the cheaper ones a waste of time? Example of one available: https://a.co/d/4fMGTgp.

Thanks in advance.

Amp Research. The cheaper clones might work alright.

Default Ladder Instead

I actually have a sturdy, permanently fastened, steel powder coated ladder that easily folds down when needed and folds up and locks in on the tailgate when not needed. Anytime I am using it at a place with other geezers around, they love it. Not a fan of the one foot type steps. I can provide info if interested. Not an overprice OEM accessory.
From Amazon. There are cheaper but not better.

You likely will find it will seize up (rust) if it is not used fairly often.... Years ago I had 2 p/u's with the ford box side steps that were already seized when I bought them @ roughly 4 years old..........Last year I bought a 2016 peach but used ford tailgate step for $900.00 cdn. funds & use it @ least twice a week .No obvious wear signs or steel parts rusting etc..Am happy as it works well !!

This is what I have. Used it on my '19, then moved it over to my '20. No issues in 6 yrs total usage.

Very cool, I have the OEM one step which would be pretty useless without the handrail. I like the extra steps but would probably still leave the handhold out from the original to assist with balance.

I've already replaced the plastic cover for the original which has a habit of getting knocked off and broken as objects are passed over the tailgate edge.

Buy an OEM bed step, with a new F-150 built around it

My Amp Research step doesn't see much use but has worked just fine each time I've used it over the years.
