I've got 92,000 miles on my 2016. Changed out the VCT solenoids myself at ~80,000 due to stalling at idle. I replaced them with the Mustang GT versions for less than $100 for all 4. Took about 2 hours to change them. Love the truck!

I recently traded a 2012 5.0 with 186,000 on it. Never had a problem with the engine. I changed the oil when the truck told me, used synthetic oil. Only used abut 1/4 to 1/2 a quart between changes.

I got took then. They charged $800+ at the dealership and it took them almost a week. Luckily, my ESP picked up the tab and they gave me a loaner car.

bought with 13,000 miles has had 1.5 level stock tires and rims average 19.4 mpg (hand calculated) overall since i have had it.

I have 2018 f150 Lariat 5.0L with just over 214 000 km on it. The engine looks and runs like new as long as I keep topping the oil, it sucks it back like my 1999 Expedition 5.4.

130K on my 5.0. Only repair was changing the O-ring on the upper radiator hose, due to leaking coolant in cold weather.
