Default Amp install (wire length)

For those who installed an aftermarket amp in their screws, how much wire did it take to go from the battery to your amp? Looking to put mine behind the rear seats, toward the center and it seems most kits come with 17ft. Is that enough to make the run?

If you run it on the passenger side you will have lots. If you go on the driver's side it will be extremely close.

From passenger side battery to driver side tucked away in engine bay, along the drivers side foot well, to behind the rear drivers side seat where the factory amp was I needed 22ft. I ran 1/0 to my amps.

Yeah, gonna go down the passenger side. Power down the passenger side, speedwire down the drivers. Else you might pick up alternator noise. No one wants to listen to that.

Experienced none of that. My system had absolutely no feedback or whine. I tried to go down the passenger side but couldn't get through the firewall. Drivers side was super easy.
