Default Alpharex Headlight issue

Weird issue I'm hoping to get some assistance with.

During the day with the headlights turn off, the running lights are white
the sequential turn signals work
Drivers side turn signal bulb doesn't work

With headlights on
drivers side running light stays Amber while passenger is white
neither sequential turn signal or bulb work.

All other functions, headlights low and high work, the unlock sequence works. I did replace the turn signal bulb last weekend and it fixed it for about 4 days and it's back doing what it did.

Any help is appreciated.

Couldn’t it be a fuse issue? Have you reached out to manufacturer?

I texted them when it first happened last week and haven't gotten a reply. I didn't think fuse since the running light/sequential works when the headlights are off, but I'll make sure to double check.

I'd love to know if you get any updates on this.

Have a similar issue to my Alpharex Nova headlights. Had them since March. Recently had it in the shop getting the passenger front fender fixed from a ding it had. Since then my passenger side turn signal sequential has not been working. The start up sequence works as well as the halogen bulb in the center blinks but it does not cycle from the white to the amber when the turn signal is on. I also reached out to Alpharex via text and facebook, initially they asked me to send a video but then haven't had a response.

If you get any news I'd love to hear it.... I've seen some people talk about doing the battery reset (ie unplugging it for like 10 minutes) but not sure if that would help

Default Corroded pin on connectors clean and fixed my problem

I ended up changing my turn signal bulb and it was kind of working. Then did some more research and it only worked with out my headlight being on. So it does work but not with my head lights on. So I thought maybe a bad ground. So unplugged the light and wallah center pin corroded. Cleaned it and but corrode resistant spray on it plugged it in. Been working ever since. Hope this helps

I bought mine used from someone who got into an accident and had the truck totaled out, condition of the alpharex's was spotless.

When I installed em... I had the same issue, one turn signal would work intermittently, one side yellow and other white.... gave it the ole closed hand bang a few times..... no issues since 🤣

Glad I found this thread. Experiencing the same issues after being installed 2 weeks. Thought it was my raptor lights being tapped into the headlight harness. About to pull everything apart and start checking connections. Ughhhh. If that doesn't work, it's getting the slap method.

Wow, I have similar issues with the Alpharex Nova series headlights on my 2012 Raptor. I truly thought these would be plug and play when I did the research on them before I pulled the trigger to spend a over a grand on these!

They look exceptionally nice, but just don't work. They have thrown multiple DTC error codes for the BCM.
The headlights and marker/park lights are fine but the turn signals do not flash at all when activated. They do the little dance when you first unlock the truck but nothing after that.

I called tech support on the phone who was very nice and went through several tests with me but was not able to resolve the issue but suggested I reinstall my OEM lights to make sure they were working. I thought that to be very strange as all was working before I changed the lights as my OEM glass were only faded from the sun and I wanted the fresh new look.

I'm not sure what to do next as I need my turn signals?

What DTC codes did you get? Post them here.

I took it to a shop snd their report did not specify what the 5 codes were. It looked like a screenshot of the overall scan with just the number 5 against the BCM line. Looks like an icon next to it that if they would have clicked on would have opened up another screen listing the 5 codes but they didnt show that to me. Told me to purchase a new BCM!
