it looks like they can loosen the nuts and adjust the LCA to achieve the position but every place i go to says they will not do it because "its too difficult to do without the camber kit". its more or less a lack of options because I'm on an island and only so many shops to go to. i picked up a kit from NAPA and plan to do it sometime this week all i have to do is change the nut side of the bolts to the kit.

 

maybe i'm getting confused with my tacoma...i've never had any issues getting mine aligned without them.
