Default Adding a SiriusXM Receiver

I'm trying to get ahead of a project I have and determine if I need an adaptor of some sort to make this work. Here's the situation:

I have a SiriusXM module, such as seen in the photo, with a lifetime subscription tied to it. For that reason, I'd like to integrate this into my F150 standard stereo. Is anyone aware of there being a connection point for these vehicles? Whether they're SiriusXM ready? If not, looks like I might be looking at a replacement head-unit.

Thanks for the assist!

Good luck. There are no aftermarket head units that work on the new trucks, that I am aware of. Also, I don't believe the systems are modular, in that you plug in a Sirius XM module and it will work. Not an expert, but that is my understanding.

Well shucks. I definitely appreciate the info, as disheartening as it may be. I've seen the larger head-unit's that are available for these trucks but I'm not sure that I've seen anything aftermarket. That's too bad. I'll continue to bluetooth my Sirius App in this case but will keep an eye out for some type of solution here.

Thanks again.

I found your solution (for siriusxm)! I just had this installed this week and so far so good. There are a few quirks that I am still working through including:
1. Radio always turns on to the preview channel
2. Can't get presets to save
3. Audio shop said with the body being aluminum they couldn't get the external antenna to mount easily so the antenna is currently placed inside the dash. Signal is "ok" for now. I have seen a few drops but nothing to be alarmed about yet. Shop said if we need to rethink the antenna location just bring it back.

Here is the unit, it attaches to the OEM sync USB adapter. The guy who installed it was able to hide all of the usb behind the dash, I have just lost the USB sync hook up.

Great find! It's great to see that type of option exists. Now, if only we can find an alternative for

I would like to make an update to this. It looks like on the initial install, the guys did not plug this into a constant power source which is why the sirius always turned on to the preview channel and why the presets wouldn't keep. The presets are a little wonky, but they work. You can you use the #'s to store resets, instead you long press the forward or back track button. Not a big deal at all. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and glad I made it.

Thank you for the update! Still looking to do the same configuration as you did, based on your information! Unless another solution is soon in place, I'll eventually go that same route.

Is there anyway you can take a picture of your radio? I want to make sure we have the same unit before I buy it. Thanks
