My truck did not come equipped with Sirius satellite radio from the factory. I installed a 16' acm that allowed Sirius to work but none of the presets work at all whether the steering wheel controls or the touch screen is used. I finally sourced a 2019 acm with sat. There are many more preset code lines in forscan with the 19' acm which is why the 16' acm's presets most likely don't work. But something else must have changed from 18' to 19'. I have made the correct forscan changes in the 19' acm but I can not even get the Sirius preview channel to be found. It's like it's not recognizing the antenna. When I unplug the Sirius antenna from the 16' acm it says antenna fault. When I unplug the 19' it says nothing. I have actually tried a different 19' acm previously with the same results. I picked up a second one as I wanted to be sure the first 19' acm wasn't just malfunctioning. Just to be clear the Sirius icon is visible on my touch screen but does not get any signal whatsoever with the 19' acm.
I added SiriusXM to my 2018. I also used an older ACM from Ebay. I got an antenna error, so I bought the recommended Ford splitter cable, but I never used it. I just ordered a new generic antenna with the right connector, and it worked. That is I got SiriusXM channels, but not without signal breaks. So I gave up and ordered a Ford SiriusXM replacement antenna, installed it on the roof in place of the original, and it worked perfectly.
I didn't test the original antenna with the same wiring as the new one, or with the splitter. So I can't say for sure that the antennas are different. Someone (in the long thread about this) said that the antennas are different for satellite vs non-satellite radio trucks, and that may be, but I'm not sure. Anyway, good luck.

I have the splitter installed along with the sat/gps factory antenna. Sat radio works with an 18' or older acm but the presets lose their functionality. The 19' acm I have installed now has the presets functioning perfectly but the Sirius doesn't get a signal. This is with the splitter and sat/gps antenna being used that I mentioned above. It doesn't make allot of sense, the only variable is the acm that I can see.
Updating this for future. I have a 19 stx. No sirius. Got a 2019 focus acm and did the antenna and splitter upgrade and have sirius. I didnt know u could have siriusxm. Focus acm was 50bucks so didnt mind taking chance on it. F150 acm are pricey but found one for 120 so got it. I have same issue as Chad. No signal. I have the as builds for all 3 and compared. Focus acm is very different with different lines. The 2 f150 acms are same lines diff info. Was able to copy original acm to siriusxm acm and all works presets and all mo signal tho. I spent hours in forscan and trying different values. Only thing I've come up with after looking again at parts is the antenna. I noticed the lariats and xlts with satellite have a shark fin now in 2019+ the flat antenna is also listed under a 2019 model search for parts and says sat/GPS antenna but much cheaper. Shark fin is 3x the cost. I'm gonna order one and try it. It's the only thing I haven't tried. Will update for others
UPDATE: its not the sharkfin antenna. thru research from other members they have confirmed the flat hockey puck antenna will receive siriusxm channels thru the 400s. waiting on .abt files from members to figure it all out. stay tuned......

I ended up using a 16' f150 acm. See the last post in the photo attached, this worked perfectly. This will work with the splitter and antenna you installed. You would just need to obtain 15'-18' acm.
Thanx chad I have it working now with the focus acm. I want to be able to get sirius and xm which is avail on 2019+ trucks. Were both running just sirius
Chad I got the 2019 ACM figured out and all is working. if you still have your ACM(s) and wanna get the extra XM channels let me know ill give you the files needed. I had the no signal whatsoever issue just like you did. all 100% now

Hey bud! I could really use your files- can you help? I am in the same boat, same exact situation. i have a 2018 Screw that came with 4" screen and sirius, and the dual gps/sirius roof puck antenna. I bought a SiriusXM/HD Radio ACM and FCIM from a 2020 F150 (ACM built late 2019 KL3T), APIM, and screen from a 2020 Fusion. Everything works except, like you, no "signal" from sirius screen and my presets are all blank, even though my multimode preset function works fine. no preview channel, ECN not showing, manually entering a channel gets "invalid channel". I have spent hours in forscan on this. I will pm you my email address if you can send the ab files I will be extremely grateful.
also - you can post the files here as an attachment by changing the .ab file extension to .txt

Reason: correction
The files I have wont work for you. The focus acm has different values and wont be compatible. What you are going to have to do is download am as built from a 2020 f150 that has near identical options as your truck will have after upgrade like if the apim has nav etc. Then try and load the acm with the f150 info see if it takes it. It probably wont if so all you can try is to compare the 2 file values and manually enter everything possible and see if it goes. On mine I got rid of the focus acm and used am f150 not enough code space on the focus one

Sorry about that, my present ACM is a "new" unit for an F150 - I swapped back the Focus unit to the seller for an F150 unit. I have been changing so many components lately I am losing my mind lol. I have loaded the ACM with comparable 2019/2020 F150 files and everything works fine except the same problem you had, with Sirius acting like it is getting no signal and the sirius presets all blank.

This is one of the donor 2020 ACM AB's I used, with slight feature changes I made to it like enabling HD Radio and disabling nav
