Possible to purchase a steering wheel with heat element and install new hot wire to the heated seats button??

How much do you want to spend?

I would assume the wire for that is included in the wheel harness. The steering wheel heat is done through the entertainment center screen climate controls. You would have to find the wire for the steering wheel heat and run it to the button of your choosing like you are talking about. If you have the touch screen, I imagine getting that feature turned on is just a matter of a quick flash... and possibly a fuse. Sounds a lot easier and safer than running a wire.
