BTW, if you've already connected to your truck with FORScan you'll need to say no when it brings up your VIN's profile upon connection so that it rediscovers all modules and finds the CCM once you've got the wiring correct.

The nearest would be the solid gray going to your TOP grille shutter(5.0 should still have that. It's close but on a different sub harness)

I happen to have an old center console harness from my auto park install. One if the connectors had the exact pin in needed. I removed the pin with 10 inches of wire. Then Installed that pin into the slot of the body harness that is missing the power wire. I then soldiered it into the solid grey wire which controls flaps on my truck. (switched power). Bingo. Got communication with CCM. Programmed it as far as I can go. I need to calibrate now. Anyone have the version of forescan that will calibrate? The link posted earlier does not work.

Any reason not to just run this version of forscan for normal use? I’m glad someone else asked about it, I’ve been reading every page just to find the link. Haha. Thanks again livnitup for posting it.

The test version I posted should be fine to use for normal use. I've been using it and it seems fine.

With adding the acc to a 15 5.0, is there anything on the list I don’t need?
Will I have to tap any wire harness? I do have the hud wire under the trim on the inside. Just noticed today I have shutters in the front as well.

I guess my question is, where does this lower harnes plug into in the engine bay and how can I tell if I need to run other wires to make it work.

My vehicle stats:
2015 xlt
5.0
302a
xtr package.

Thanks.

Any ideas on how to get the system to stay on to a lower speed, ie turn off at 2 mph rather than the current 12 mph or so?

Help! I completed the hardware part of the ACC mod, and did the programming.

When I try to clear DTC's (and there are alot of them), a BUNCH of error messages pop up on the IPC, wrench light turns on, and Forscan says it can't get DTC's.

If I disconnect Forscan and cycle the key, all seems well.

I tried to just calibrate the CCM, and it seems to be ok with the calibration. The cruise does not work at all, and won't let me select adaptive or normal.

I did notice that the VIN values in the CCM are not what I put in, it keeps recalculating apparently, and I've redone it twice and it always changes the checksum.

Only the DTC from changing tire sizes was in the DTC list prior to the ACC changes.

The VIN values I put in from the ABS module are:
3146 5445 57D0
3145 4737 46A4
4641 3636 3290
3839 DD

Help!!
