Finally saw the window sticker of my truck. It listed *accy next to spray in bedliner - does this mean it's a dealer install?

 

No, mine has the same *accy and it was installed at the factory.

 

I wonder if it means it was completed offsite of the factory.

 

Yes, after it rolls off the assembly line it goes to "Commerce VPC" for the factory installed accessories. This location is a separate building in the same complex. My 2018 will be getting the spray-in and wheel well liners installed there.
