So I see online how to open the Sync 3/touchscreen diagnostic mode by holding eject and next buttons ( >| ) at the same time for ~9 seconds. But my truck doesn't have a CD player therefore no eject button..... Thoughts?

I've also tried 3 + 6 for 10 sec, didn't work.

 

And I found something on my 11th google search / rephrasing.
